REFUND POLICY
An FDI-IMD who wishes to cancel his position may return all products that are free of legal encumbrances and in a re-salable condition to the company. The particular products must be in good condition, in original packaging, and unopened.
This return policy is good for 10 days from the date of purchase, (or longer, where required by state law). No repayment will be made on original handling and shipping charges. The return shipping costs of any material will be borne by the distributor or consultant. All exceptions will be handled in writing, by the company. No products will be returned to the Company until a product return number is obtained. A Montana FDI-IMD who cancels within 15 days is entitled to a 100% refund of any consideration given to participate.
Please call customer service at 603-421-0229, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of purchase date.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Enrollment Packages and sales aids are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. WellnessTRAX and Telecom product sales are shipped via UPS (sorry we cannot ship these products to P.O Boxes). UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: FDI collects and remits applicable state tax which may be due on the selling price of those products and/or materials which are subject to tax. The applicable rate of tax due is based on the address to which the product and/or materials are shipped.
